The pandemic pushed everything online, pharmacies are now set to make the most of it

Any doubt that e-pharmacies would not be sustainable is now gone,
industry analysts and executives told ET, because sales through online
pharmacies are estimated to have doubled in the first few months of
the lockdown as millions. "Everyone has always banked on people not
getting comfortable with ordering medicines online, but that's changed
in the last eight months," said Ankur Pahwa, partner at EY.
