Vinod Paul of Niti Aayog and Balram Bhargava, director general of
ICMR, said India will play its part in developing and manufacturing
Covid-19 vaccines responsibly and with the highest scientific rigour.
They said India is open for global collaboration on vaccine
development for Covid-19.
